Life coaching for high-achieving professionals

For as long as I remember, my whole life has been about overcoming challenges. Fighting for something. Fighting against something. Trying to escape something. Trying to move forward without knowing what “forward” really means. Being unsure and insecure most of the time but trying to exude confidence…

Then I hit a wall in my early 40’s.

Life was good by any measure. Work was great. I was a successful and renowned expert in my domain. My children made me proud and filled me with joy every single day. We were living in a nice house, in a nice neighborhood. We had physical and financial safety. We traveled the world. We had friends around the world.

But something was missing…

While I cherished my clients, I sensed a common desire in most of them – to grow and extend beyond the realms of work. They all wanted to create a bigger impact, a footprint, a legacy to leave… and I found myself delving deeper into their personal and professional challenges, going beyond the expected consulting role… discussing personal and professional growth challenges more and more… and asking questions nobody had asked them before…

And as time passed, I found myself also questioning the very essence of my own life.

I delved deeper and deeper into self-observation, mindfulness, and introspection, a revelation unfolded – the answers lay within, beneath the surface, beyond our self-imposed walls.

“Harley Swift Deer, a Native American teacher, says that each of us has a survival dance and a sacred dance, but the survival dance must come first. Our survival dance, a foundational component of self-reliance, is what we do for a living—our way of supporting ourselves physically and economically… Everybody has to have a survival dance. Finding and creating one is our first task upon leaving our parents’ or guardians’ home.
Once you have your survival dance established, you can wander, inwardly and outwardly, searching for clues to your sacred dance, the work you were born to do. This work may have no relation to your job. Your sacred dance sparks your greatest fulfillment and extends your truest service to others. You know you’ve found it when there’s little else you’d rather be doing…”

Welcome home…

If you find yourself on this journey of self discovery, you might just be in the right place to uncover something deeper and more meaningful…

If you are a successful and high-profile professional who doesn’t know what’s next… who feels that what satisfied them before now feels gray and meaningless…

If you often feel like a little child who constantly needs to prove…

If you are going through major changes in your life, and it all feels like an earthquake… and you’re scared and worried about everything…

Chances are, you’re here for a reason…

I can hear you.

I totally understand you.

Because I’ve been there myself…

And I know how important it is to have someone who is there to help and support you… Who you fully trust and can rely on… Who pushes and challenges you when and as much as you need, but at the same time is always there as a safety net…

I am here to help…

To support… to listen, to hold your hand… to challenge you to grow…

To be your partner on this journey…

We work together as equal partners.

I always focus on the whole person, not only specific tasks or isolated goals.

I bring my knowledge, experience, empathy, and open-mindedness…

I ask lots of open-ended questions, then even more questions… I listen, and support you… I challenge your assumptions and blind spots…

You bring your unique personality, life experiences, values, and passions…

You bring openness, honesty, and your fully human being. You share beyond the surface. You’re honest with me, but more importantly – with yourself.

You bring willingness to explore new things even when it’s uncomfortable. Growth and change are always scary and uncomfortable, but so rewarding when you find the courage to begin your journey!

We will have very deep conversations. Sometimes we’ll laugh. Sometimes we might also cry together… It’s all part of the journey…

We will work together to help you move forward – but you have to acknowledge that it’s you who needs to do the work and walk the walk…

What I can promise is that I’ll be there for you.

If this resonates with you, and if you would like to learn more about how we can work together, let’s connect. I’m super excited to hear about you.
